Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli started his new calendar year of 2023 from where he left last year at the time of his 72nd international century. He scored that century during the third and last of the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh in Chattogram on the 10th of December in 2022.
Currently, the 34-year-old is in action for the Indians during the first of the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. The veteran Delhi batter continued his purple patch with the bat in the 50-overs cricket and smashed a second consecutive century in the ODI cricket. Virat completed his century against Sri Lanka in 80 balls with a strike rate of 125.00.
The ardent Virat fans are also ecstatic following this outstanding knock from his willow. The fans took to Twitter to shower love and lavish their praises on the former Indian skipper and modern-day great batting great.
