It was a crazy night for fans of pro-wrestling as the WWE Monday Night Raw took place in Anaheim California. It was a packed show right from start to finish with some of the biggest superstars on the show.
Michael Chandler who is a known UFC fighter called out Conor McGregor during the Monday Night Raw event. In a typical dramatic style that defines Pro-Wrestling Chandler first took hold of the microphone.

The 37-year-old then cut a short promo where he said he wanted to fight the Irish superstar. California came unglued as the challenge was made by Michael Chandler to one of the greatest UFC fighters. For the unversed, UFC and WWE are both under the umbrella of TKO holdings.
Michael Chandler lays out the challenge –
Monday Night Raw saw yet another packed event which left the fans at the edge of their seat. Michael Chandler was in attendance and he used the event to call out Conor McGregor for a fight.
Taking the mic, Mike Chandler said “Hey, you are now in the presence of the most entertaining UFC fighter on the planet. There’s a man from Ireland who has been making me wait for too long. And I’ve still got one dude in my mind – Conor McGregor get your Candy A** back to the octagon, we’ve some unfinished business, boys. God bless, I’ll see you at the top”
The two fighters are set to be coaching their respective teams during the 31st season of the Ultimate Fighter. There is a good chance Chandler and McGregor could face each other later this year.
Since his loss to Khabib in 2018, McGregor has rarely graced the octagon. In 2020 the Irish legend won his match against Donald Cerrone. This was followed by a loss to Dustin Poirier in 2021 after which McGregor didn’t fight.
Speaking about the action on Monday Night Raw, Cody Rhodes lost to Drew McIntyre at the start of the show. The Bloodline interfered once again as Jimmy USO and Solo Sikoa helped the Scottish wrestler gain the win. The main event of the show saw Jey USO take on Gunther for the intercontinental title.
Jey USO came up short as Gunther continued his reign as the champion. Jimmy Uso then came out and attacked his brother to close out the show. Once the cameras stopped rolling Cody Rhodes and CM Punk came out to address the crowd and thank them for being part of the show.
