Pakistan beat Nepal by 238 runs at Multan in the Asia Cup

The big battle will be the Pakistan pacers against the Indian batters. India's batters have had problems against left-arm pace in the past. For the Men in Green, Shaheen Afridi will be their trump card. Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf will also complement him beautifully and look to make life difficult for Rohit Sharma's men. The Asia Cup will serve as the precursor to the 2023 World Cup in India.

The Men in Blue have not had the best of times in world events. they made it to the semi-finals of the 2019 World Cup and finals of the 2017 Champions Trophy but have still not been able to get the elusive piece of silverware since 2013. India will be hoping to win the 2023 World Cup and recreate history just like they did in 2011. There is a possibility of an India-Pakistan final as well if both sides make it to the summit clash.

Pakistan have sounded the bugle by beating Nepal in their opening game. The Nepal batters could not face up to the likes of Naseem, Rauf and Shaheen. in the end, the Men in Green won the game by a huge margin of 238 runs.
