Here is the scenario for an India-Pakistan final in Asia Cup 2023

With rain relenting slightly in the Asia Cup, the tournament has put up some great encounters to see. India beat Pakistan by a very convincing margin of 228 runs and also gave a big boost to their net run rate.  Then India went a step further and pulled the right strings against Sri Lanka in a low-scoring encounter and won by 41 runs. Sri Lanka and Pakistan will be an interesting encounter to watch out for as the winner from that game will qualify for the finals If the game involving Sri Lanka and Pakistan gets washed out then the Islanders will make it to the final. When it comes to Bangladesh, they are no longer in the hunt to get into the finals as they have lost both their fixtures in the Super Four stages.

Pakistan have also gotten used to the Sri Lankan conditions as they have played a Test series, the Lanka Premier League and also an ODI series against Afghanistan.

For the first time in the history of the Asia Cup, the tournament was co-hosted by Sri Lanka and Pakistan. The Pakistan leg of the tournament had four games all of which yielded results. When it came to games in Sri Lanka some of them had rain delays and washouts.
